Returns
How It Works
At Dirt Wain, we strive to provide our customers with the best possible shopping experience. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer a return or exchange within 30 days of the original purchase date.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be in their original, unused condition and accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns can be processed at our store location or by contacting us via phone or email to request a return shipping label. In the case of a return, the original method of payment will be refunded. For exchanges, we will do our best to provide a replacement item, but availability is not guaranteed.
We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet these conditions.
Please note that customized or special order items are not eligible for return or exchange.
